Long-term, Rwanda must transform its agriculture sector from subsistence farming to job-creating, export-driven commercial enterprises.
This will require a growing pool of talented, well-educated young leaders with practical experience and entrepreneurial mindsets.

Practical Fellowship
The B2R Farms 12-Month Fellowship Program prepares talented Rwandan university graduates with the practical skills, mindset and hands-on experience to build successful careers in FFF training, commercial farming and other agriculture enterprises.
