Long-term, Rwanda must transform its agriculture sector from subsistence farming to job-creating, export-driven commercial enterprises.

This will require a growing pool of talented, well-educated young leaders with practical experience and entrepreneurial mindsets.

Practical Internship

The B2R Farms Internship Program prepares talented Rwandan university graduates with the practical skills, mindset and hands-on experience to build successful careers in FFF training, commercial farming and other agriculture enterprises.

INTERNS LEARN HOW TO:

Humble themselves to effectively connect and work with small-scale farmers

Train others on FFF principles and practices using different materials and tools

Manage a team to get results and a farm that produces healthy crops and fields

Build relationships with and support farmers using various means of communication

Make on-site visits to interview, train and encourage farmers and government agents
