To date, 69 B2R Farms Fellows are stationed in local sectors across Rwanda, with 40 new Fellows being recruited this month. Each incoming group of Fellows undergoes intensive Foundations for Farming training at B2R Farms’ Land of Goshen,where they develop their skills as farm managers and FFF Trainers before joining their peers in the field. These Fellows play a vital role in expanding the adoption of conservation agriculture across Rwanda, providing farmers with the daily support they need to achieve lasting success.
